Summary
This website collects only what you type into our two forms, and only to reply to you. We don't collect student information here, we don't use advertising trackers, and we don't record your screen or clicks.
What our forms collect
Capacity request form: your name, role, organization type and name, work email, optional phone, the kind of service you need, a requested start date, AM/PM runs, general requirements (such as a monitor or car seat) and an optional message.
Driver and monitor application: your name, phone, email, the role you're applying for, whether you're 21 or older, whether you've been licensed for 3 continuous years, your availability and an optional message.
What we never collect here
- Student names, addresses, schools or other personal details. Once a route is authorized, those are exchanged with the district through a secure channel.
- License numbers, Social Security numbers or dates of birth. Driver credentials are collected securely later in hiring.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Submissions are sent over HTTPS to our team. They are not stored on the web server. We keep them for [[RETENTION_PERIOD]] and then delete them.
Analytics
We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics that count page views without identifying you. We don't use session replay, heatmaps, advertising pixels or third-party map embeds.
