What GPS and attendance reports do you provide?

Position, history, geofences, deviations, arrival and departure, speed and idling, plus boarding and drop-off proof by QR code, NFC or another approved method. Reports and invoices come in the format your district requires.

How are cancellations, absences, wait time and tolls billed?

Each is a separate, itemized line, with terms set in your contract. Invoice lines are tied to GPS trip records, so every charge has proof behind it.

Can you subcontract under our current provider?

Yes, with prior approval of our drivers and vehicles by the district, and only under a written subcontract. We don't try to go around existing contracts.

Yes. Manifests use stop numbers and secure student IDs, never names or addresses, and only the people running your child's route can see them.

Only an adult you and the district have authorized. If no authorized adult is there, your child stays with us and we follow the district's procedure. No child is ever left alone.

What does it take to become a 7D driver?

You need to be 21 or older, with a valid license held for the past 3 continuous years and a satisfactory record. You'll also complete CORI and SORI checks, a medical and vision exam, training, a written exam and the RMV 7D certificate application.
