01A new route

Every route goes through the same setup, so nothing is improvised on the first morning.

    We never start without a contract, an approved subcontract or a purchase order.

    Needs check

    Monitor, car seat, accessibility and the authorized adults for each student.

    Route plan

    Time, load, deadhead, tolls and a buffer for delays.

    Test run

    Locations and times are driven before day one.

  5. 05

    Assignment

    A primary driver, a backup driver and a vehicle.

  6. 06

    Setup

    Manifest, GPS and attendance proof configured for the route.

    Day one confirmed

    Confirmed with the district before the first pickup.
